Welcome to ATC Global Digital Service. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Introduction
ATC Global Digital Service is an independent business affiliated with ATC Atlantian Crown. We provide information, empowerment programs, and financial opportunities under the Global Exchange Community (GEC) Program.
2. User Accounts & Registration
Users must create an account to access certain services.
By signing up, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information.
You must be at least 18 years old to register.
Users are required to agree to these Terms & Conditions before signing up.
3. Payments & Financial Transactions
Payments can be made via bank transfer or online payment gateways.
All payments must be made to the official ATC Global Digital Service account.
Users must submit proof of payment for proper record-keeping.
Refunds are not guaranteed unless approved by ATC Global Digital Service.
4. Program Participation & Requirements
Users participating in the Global Exchange Community (GEC) Program must comply with the following:
Participants must complete the required registrations (G1 to G5 levels) within 90 days.
Each participant must obtain the necessary empowerment assets, including uniforms, agreements, MOU, international citizenship, and a Nigerian passport.
Failure to meet requirements within the specified period may result in removal from the program.
5. Prohibited Activities
Users agree NOT to:
Misrepresent themselves or provide false information.
Engage in fraud, scams, or unauthorized financial transactions.
Demand or collect payments in the company’s name without proper authorization.
Delay payment deliveries beyond 24 hours for designated purposes.
Use their position to exploit or steal from others—this will result in immediate dismissal.
6. Earnings & Benefits
Participants in different leadership roles are entitled to specific earnings:
State Merchant: 50% of positional income in the state + 12,000 ATC Crown
State Coordinator: 10% of state merchant income + 10,000 ATC Crown
Local Government Coordinator: 50% of community leader income + 7,000 ATC Crown
Community Leader: 5,000 ATC Crown
Additional promotions and global opportunities are available for those who meet the program requirements within 3 months.
7. Data Privacy & Protection
We collect name, phone number, IDs, and payment details for verification and program management.
Your information will be stored securely and not shared with third parties without your consent.
8. Account Termination & Policy Violations
ATC Global Digital Service reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts if:
A user fails to meet program requirements.
A user engages in fraudulent or unethical activities.
A user violates company policies repeatedly.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved internally through GEC Company.
If necessary, further action may be taken based on company policies.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Nigeria.
11. Amendments & Updates
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes.
